MEN’S PUBLIC REPARATION TO THE SACRED HEART
Saturday, June 28th, 2025 – 10:00 AM
The sidewalk in front of Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains, Cincinnati, OH
Why We’re Gathering:
In response to the public glorification of sin in the form of the Cincinnati Pride Parade, Catholic men will once again gather on the steps of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains to make public reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Last year, over 150 men joined in prayerful witness, and this year promises to be an even greater act of public faith and devotion. Our goal is to glorify God, console the wounded Heart of Christ, and stand boldly as Catholic men in the public square.
Schedule & Arrival Details:
– Start Time: 10:00 AM sharp in front of cathedral
– Arrival Time: We strongly recommend arriving well before 10:00 AM
– Many will be arriving early (8:30am) to set up banners and flags

– Who Should Attend:
– Men only – this is a public act of Catholic men standing in reparation

We ask all men to come dressed in a way that reflects the dignity of our mission:
– Collared shirts, dress pants, (no shorts, no flip flops, no hula shirts)
– No casual attire, shorts, or graphic t-shirts
– A coat and tie would be ideal
– We want the world to see a striking contrast: what Christian men look like in solemn, prayerful witness
Spiritual Preparation:
– Come in a state of grace if possible
– Bring your Rosary and other sacramentals (crucifixes, scapulars, etc.)
– Flags and banners are welcome, so long as they are appropriate to the sacred nature of the event
– We recommend TradFlags.com for examples and to support a faithful local Catholic family business
What to Expect:
– Public praying of the Rosary
– Recitation of reparation prayers to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
– A prayerful stand for Our Lord and His Kingship over society
What Not to Bring:
– No political flags, slogans, or apparel
– This is not a political protest
– This is an act of Catholic reparation, not activism
We are here first and foremost to honor and make reparation to Almighty God. Public sin demands public reparation—and the Cathedral should never stand empty or silent in the face of such grievous public insult.
